Genuine Light

I've never actually watched the sun rise. I mean, I get up early every morning for work and I see the sun rise but I've never seen it like I did this morning. I woke up at 4 AM, ate some breakfast and drove out to Hampton Beach, alone, to watch the sun rise. Some people, or everyone I talk to, say i'm crazy. I was actually thinking the same thing as this rush of freezing water plowed right into me, soaking me from the knees down.

This was taken just as the sun was barely poking through the horizon. Once the sun came up, the sky and water turned this bright red. Very surreal looking.
